We offer brief, solution focused and evidence-based psychological therapy and counselling, including assessment and treatment for a range of emotional, behavioural and psychological difficulties.
Our philosophy is based on the belief that our clients already have most coping mechanisms. Our aim is to help them remobilise and refine these coping strategies.

We take pride in our ability to empower clients to quickly move on from their problems by helping them to apply new ways of coping, from as early as the first meeting.
