We offer brief, evidence-based psychological therapy for a range of emotional, behavioural and psychological difficulties.
We believe that our clients already have most of the resources and skills that they need to move forward in their lives, and that doing so need not take long. From the very first meeting, we will work collaboratively with our client to understand their concerns, identify strategies that can help, and start putting these into practice.
In the context of a supportive relationship between therapist and client, therapy can be brief and yet highly effective, and this is what we aim to deliver.
