Having embarked on my journey as a clinical psychologist over a decade ago, I remain deeply grateful this profession continues to intrigue and inspire me both personally and professionally. I recognize that it often takes great courage to seek therapy, and I am committed to creating a collaborative and engaging experience for you. In a compassionate and non-judgmental space, you will feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings, reflect on the changes you want to make, and determine the steps needed to achieve them. I understand that everyone’s experiences are unique, which is why I draw on a variety of psychological models to tailor therapy to your individual needs.
I believe that life is an ongoing process, and it is never too late to pursue what truly matters to you and to work toward building a life with emotional well-being and balance.
