As a Counselling Psychologist, I combine evidence-based approaches with a strong therapeutic alliance to provide tailored support for my clients. I have a particular interest and significant experience in treating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma, while also working with more complex conditions like psychosis, bipolar disorder, and severe anxiety. My therapeutic work extends to individuals, couples, families, and young people (aged 15+), where I integrate systemic therapy and a range of other approaches to suit each client's unique needs.
Anna draws on her extensive experience and training to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.
