Dr. PannavatVeeraburinon - known as Dr. Palm - is a UK-registered Counselling Psychologist (HCPC) dedicated to helping clients live more fulfilling lives.

Dr. Palm’s heritage - rooted in Thai, Vietnamese, Laotian, and Chinese cultures - combined with his experience from over 4,000 counselling sessions, has cultivated a deep appreciation for diversity, family dynamics, and the many ways people experience the world. He has had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life - from apprentices to executive directors, and from partners to parents - across the UK, Europe, the USA, Ghana, Turkey, India, South Korea, Singapore, and Thailand.

Clients navigating burnout, anxiety, trauma, perfectionism or identity challenges find in Dr. Palm a therapist who helps them reconnect with inner strength and move forward with clarity and purpose. Believing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, Dr. Palm tailors the therapeutic approach thoughtfully to each individual client’s unique story.

Dr. Palm’s integrated therapeutic approach blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), offering clients compassionate support alongside respectful challenge.

Dr. Palm serves as an honest mirror - helping clients see their challenges, emotions, and goals more clearly. Sessions include thought-provoking questions, practical tools, and evidence-based strategies to foster insight and sustainable growth. While maintaining a safe, non-judgmental space, Dr. Palm gently encourages clients to explore new perspectives and patterns they may never have considered before.

In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Palm serves as a Global Inclusive Council Member for a major mental health organisation, supporting provider programming, growth, and retention across 500 organisations in over 200 countries. Responsibilities include advising clinical recruiting teams, shaping engagement strategies, enhancing the organisation’s UK presence, and reviewing public relations from a culturally relevant, client-focused perspective. This role strengthens Dr. Palm’s ability to deliver culturally competent and globally informed care.

Dr. Palm has supported children, adolescents, adults, and older adults throughout their therapeutic journeys. A bilingual and multicultural background enables Dr. Palm to meet clients with sensitivity and adaptability - particularly when cultural perspectives differ.

He is a mentor and former fellow of the Dalai Lama Fellows program at the University of Virginia, supporting global changemakers through mind training practices that build self-awareness, compassion, resilience, and connection across differences.

Dr. Palm holds a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Stirling. He also completed a certificate in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for Life at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, University of Oxford.

Furthermore, Dr. Palm has presented webinars and seminars on various psychological topics to corporate audiences, including employees at Microsoft and Hitachi, as well as managers and entrepreneurs at professional conferences and online forums. He has contributed expert insights to media features on CNBC News.
