"I believe everyone has their own unique way of processing experiences, often developing coping strategies in childhood that persist into adulthood, even if they have outlived their usefulness. Choosing to begin therapy is a powerful and courageous step—a commitment to yourself and a chance to reflect on and explore the intricate tapestry of your life. I am passionate about helping clients feel truly heard and supported, and I am dedicated to fostering an environment where your growth and well-being are the top priorities"
