We have a flexible approach that tailors therapy to your needs and your schedule, so that you get the results you want in a timeframe that suits you.
We are experts in brief therapy (six to twenty sessions), although we are also skilled in longer-term work and offer it where appropriate.
We will not ask you to stick to a regular timeslot, but rather can work around your other commitments - you can come weekly, fortnightly, or whenever you are able, and can rearrange sessions with 24 hours’ notice.
