You can access our service via:

Referrals from health professionals

You can be referred to us by your GP, psychiatrist, or other relevant health professional. Ask them to send us a letter or email including your contact details and a brief outline of your circumstances.

Once we have your referral, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange an initial appointment. If you are waiting for a professional to send us a referral, please feel free to contact us yourself to speed the process along.

Self-referrals

You can contact us directly to self-refer. Our administration team will ask you, in confidence, to outline your reasons for wanting to use our service, will arrange an initial appointment for you, and will discuss methods of payment.

If you are planning to pay for your treatment with private medical insurance, you may need to meet with a psychiatrist first to validate your claim. We can help you to arrange this (please also see 'Fees and Insurance').
